    1. Psalm 122:6 (ESV)

    28. Psalm 147:2 (ESV)

    The Lord builds up Jerusalem; he gathers the outcasts of Israel.

    Lord, we pray for the rebuilding of Jerusalem, both physically and spiritually. May it be a city of restoration and renewal, where your presence dwells and your glory is revealed.

    We also pray for the ingathering of the exiles, that you would bring back your people from every corner of the earth.

    30. Micah 5:2

    But you, O Bethlehem Ephrathah, who are too little to be among the clans of Judah, from you shall come forth for me one who is to be ruler in Israel, whose coming forth is from of old, from ancient days. 

    Lord, we remember your promise of a ruler who would come from Bethlehem, a ruler who would shepherd your people and bring salvation to the world.

    We thank you for fulfilling this promise in Jesus Christ, the Messiah. We pray that Israel would recognize him as their Lord and Savior.

    May they turn to him in faith and find redemption in his name. May they experience the fullness of his love and grace, and may they be reconciled to you through his sacrifice.

    We pray for the peace that only he can give to reign in their hearts and in their land.
