30 Prayer for Divine Healing With Scriptures to Back

A woman who had spent everything she had on doctors, with no improvement to show for it, reached for Jesus’s cloak as a last resort. What medicine couldn’t finish, one touch of divine power did instantly. Scripture never treats natural means and divine intervention as enemies, but it’s honest that sometimes healing comes from a source beyond what human hands can offer.

These thirty verses are for asking specifically for that, healing that comes directly from God’s hand, not explainable any other way.

Pray these expecting something beyond what the usual channels have managed so far.

Prayer for Divine Healing

1. Mark 5:25-29 (KJV)

“And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse, When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment. For she said, If I may touch but his clothes, I shall be whole. And straightway the fountain of her blood was dried up; and she felt in her body that she was healed of that plague.”

Prayer: What human means couldn’t finish, let Your divine power complete now.

Let this healing come from a source beyond what I’ve already tried.

2. Exodus 15:26 (KJV)

“And said, If thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth thee.”

Prayer: You are the Lord who heals. Be that name over this need directly, not through explanation, but through action.

Let this healing be clearly Yours, not attributable to anything else.

3. Psalms 103:2-3 (KJV)

“Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy diseases;”

Prayer: You heal all my diseases. Let that be true here in a way that’s unmistakably from You.

Let all genuinely mean all, even what seems medically unlikely.

4. Isaiah 53:5 (KJV)

“But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.”

Prayer: By Your wounds I am healed. Let this ancient promise become present, physical, unmistakable relief.

Let this verse be more than poetry, let it be direct intervention.

5. Matthew 9:22 (KJV)

“But Jesus turned him about, and when he saw her, he said, Daughter, be of good comfort; thy faith hath made thee whole. And the woman was made whole from that hour.”

Prayer: Let faith be part of what makes me well, in a way only You could accomplish.

Let this healing be beyond what natural explanation can fully account for.

6. Acts 3:6-8 (KJV)

“Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I thee: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth rise up and walk. And he took him by the right hand, and lifted him up: and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. And he leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.”

Prayer: In the name of Jesus, let what’s broken get up and walk, instantly, the way it happened at that temple gate.

Let this healing carry that same undeniable authority.

7. John 9:1-7 (KJV)

“And as Jesus passed by, he saw a man which was blind from his birth. And his disciples asked him, saying, Master, who did sin, this man, or his parents, that he was born blind? Jesus answered, Neither hath this man sinned, nor his parents: but that the works of God should be made manifest in him. I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work. As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world. When he had thus spoken, he spat on the ground, and made clay of the spittle, and he anointed the eyes of the blind man with the clay, And said unto him, Go, wash in the pool of Siloam, (which is by interpretation, Sent.) He went his way therefore, and washed, and came seeing.”

Prayer: Let this be an opportunity for Your work to be displayed, the way blindness became one for him.

Let this healing point clearly back to You, not to circumstance.

8. Acts 9:17-18 (KJV)

“And Ananias went his way, and entered into the house; and putting his hands on him said, Brother Saul, the Lord, even Jesus, that appeared unto thee in the way as thou camest, hath sent me, that thou mightest receive thy sight, and be filled with the Holy Ghost. And immediately there fell from his eyes as it had been scales: and he received sight forthwith, and arose, and was baptized.”

Prayer: Let scales fall from whatever’s clouded, immediately, the way they fell from Saul’s eyes.

Let clarity come as suddenly as it did for him.

9. Mark 2:9-11 (KJV)

“Whether is it easier to say to the sick of the palsy, Thy sins be forgiven thee; or to say, Arise, and take up thy bed, and walk? But that ye may know that the Son of man hath power on earth to forgive sins, (he saith to the sick of the palsy,) I say unto thee, Arise, and take up thy bed, and go thy way into thine house.”

Prayer: You proved Your authority with physical, visible healing, right in front of everyone. Let that same proof happen here.

11. Psalms 107:20 (KJV)

“When the even was come, they brought unto him many that were possessed with devils: and he cast out the spirits with his word, and healed all that were sick: That it might be fulfilled which was spoken by Esaias the prophet, saying, Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.”

Prayer: You healed all who were sick, real, physical, divine healing. Let that be true for me too.

Let my body, not just my spirit, feel the difference.

“Now when the sun was setting, all they that had any sick with divers diseases brought them unto him; and he laid his hands on every one of them, and healed them.”

Let that same resurrection power be at work here, unmistakably.

21. 2 Kings 5:14 (KJV)

“Then went he down, and dipped himself seven times in Jordan, according to the saying of the man of God: and his flesh came again like unto the flesh of a little child, and he was clean.”

Prayer: Let obedience to whatever You direct lead to healing, the way it did for Naaman.

Let simple obedience be part of what opens this up.

22. 2 Kings 20:5 (KJV)

Let what’s already true in the spirit become visible in the body.

25. Matthew 4:23-24 (KJV)

“And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. And his fame went throughout all Syria: and they brought unto him all sick people that were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and those which were lunatick, and those that had the palsy; and he healed them.”

Prayer: You went through the towns healing every disease and sickness directly, personally.

Let no illness be outside what You’re still willing to heal Yourself.

26. Isaiah 38:16-17 (KJV)

Let confidence come from Your invitation, not my own worthiness.

30. Revelation 21:4 (KJV)

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.”

Prayer: One day You will wipe every tear from my eyes, and there will be no more pain, no more illness.

Let hope for that day carry real weight in this one.

Conclusion

She only touched the edge of a cloak, no formal request, no explanation offered first, just direct, desperate reaching. Power went out from Him immediately. Sometimes that’s exactly how divine healing shows up, direct, personal, unmistakable.

Reach out in that same direct, expectant way, not just hoping something happens eventually.

For a more gradual healing process, a short prayer for healing and recovery is worth reading too.
